trivago Business Studio:
MVP Onboarding flow

THE ASK

I was brought in to refresh the tone of voice for our UX copy as we transitioned our B2B product from trivago Hotel Manager to trivago Business Studio—a platform where hoteliers could add apps to manage their hotel business.

The product team designed a sidebar with helpful tips to demonstrate to hoteliers the real value of completing their profile on trivago.

I suspected that hoteliers were likely to skip past the sidebar without reading, so the copy had to be attention-grabbing.

This next one got laughs in user testing, one of the highlights of my professional life.

Just Eat Takeaway:

Courier challenges

THE ASK

The team created an incentive program for couriers to take on multiple orders. As part of developing the MVP, I had to set a tone that was straightforward, while balancing moments of personality with effective, functional UX copy.

Let’s not be shy about the real benefit here—cold hard cash.
